    I. Overview of equipment

     

        Two-roller plate bending machine is a new type of plate bending machine. The upper roller is a steel roller, the lower roller is a steel roller core wrapped with an elastic layer, the plate is placed between the two rollers, the distance between the two rollers is adjusted, the plate rises, the plate deforms locally, and the two rollers are driven to rotate, so that the plate is continuously bent and formed. The machine can be formed in one time, with high production efficiency, high geometric precision, good surface quality, simple structure, minimum number of rollers, simple operation and convenient to realize programmed numerical control of production process.

    II. Main characteristics of equipment

     

    1. The machine adopts manual auxiliary feeding, the gap distance at the butt joint after rolling can be adjusted by equipment, and the gap can be controlled at 5-10 mm. There is no horizontal dislocation phenomenon after the plate is rolled round.
